Faith Based Counseling
Are you ready to heal from past hurts and live a more rich and meaningful life? Do you want to improve your relationships? I will provide a space for you to feel heard, supported, and understood as we uncover the stuck points in your life. Together, we will explore relational patterns and coping strategies that no longer serve you and develop more effective ways to relate to yourself and others. I believe we all have the capacity to grow when we are connected to our true, authentic selves. Allow me the opportunity to walk beside you on this path to healing.
For the last twenty years, I have worked in a school setting as both a counselor and teacher. I use a holistic counseling approach that includes CBT, ACT, wellness, and Mindfulness techniques. I am experienced in faith-based counseling, and I have a special interest in women’s issues related to singlehood/dating, marriage, and divorce care.
