Are you ready to heal from past hurts? Do you want to improve your relationships? I will provide a space for you to feel heard and understood as we uncover the stuck points in your life. We will explore relational patterns and coping strategies that no longer serve you and develop more effective ways to relate to yourself and others.

For the last fourteen years, I have counseled children, adolescents, and adults in both school and community settings. I am experienced in helping others with anxiety, irritability/anger, spirituality concerns, depression, life transitions, ADHD, and relationship issues. In my free time, I enjoy being in nature preserves, photographing uncommon birds and serene landscapes.  I also love attending Peoria-area musicals and choral concerts, and I enjoy singing in my church's choir.  But most of the time, you can find me at home reading up on mental health topics because I am very passionate about this field, striving to learn and grow each day.
