What hours are available for appointments?

We have dedicated office staff Monday - Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. to 3;00 p.m. on Friday. Additional weekend or evening appointments are scheduled according to therapist availability. 

Current clients can view our day and evening openings right now through our online scheduling portal.  If you would like to schedule on the half hour, please call our office directly for availability.  If you call after regular office hours and leave a message, we will respond the following business day.  We are closed most major holidays.  Our services are by appointment only.

**Each counselor will meet with existing clients during the holiday breaks as their schedule allows. They may choose to work some of these days without support staff.**

If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the closest emergency room.

Your safety is very important to us. We are not staffed to provide immediate crisis counseling as all appointments are scheduled during regular office hours.

Our counselors and support staff only read and respond to their email during their scheduled work times.
