I believe we all long for meaningful connections. My goal is to facilitate the discovery of meaning and connection within yourself and within your closest relationships. Trauma looks different to each individual, and I believe we do the best we can to cope using skills we have learned throughout our lives. Unfortunately, many of these skills no longer serve us in a healthy way in the present. Regardless of your past, or where you find yourself today, you deserve to be heard.

I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space to process traumas and challenges, finding healing and peace amidst the chaos. I offer flexible approaches including person-centered talk therapy, cognitive behavioral approaches, books, music, play, and the arts to find what works best to help you, your child, or your family.

I have additional training in working with survivors of abuse, trauma, the foster care system, children with special needs, and childhood behavior intervention. I welcome and support clients of all sexual orientations, including LGBTQIA+. It would be my honor to help you become a healthier, more connected version of yourself.

I grew up connected with a large family, and enjoy spending time with friends, siblings, and cousins who are all wildly unique in their own way. When I’m not working, my favorite thing to do is to spend time with my three sons and our dogs. Some activities we enjoy regularly are playing games and spending time outdoors. My favorite things outside of family time include watching Schitt’s Creek re-runs, trying new foods, and seeing new places.

It is the quality of our relationships that will determine the quality of our lives.
