I believe every person carries a deep longing to feel connected, grounded, and understood. When we’ve experienced trauma, those feelings can become distant or even inaccessible. My passion is helping you gently reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been overwhelmed, silenced, or pushed aside for the sake of survival. Whatever you’ve lived through, you deserve a space where your story is honored and your healing is supported.

Trauma shows up differently for everyone. Many of the strategies we once relied on were adaptive in the moment, but over time they may begin to hold us back or cause pain. Through compassionate and collaborative work, we can untangle those patterns and help you move toward a life that feels more peaceful, empowered, and connected.

I offer a warm, cozy, grounding environment where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. As an EMDR practitioner, I use evidence-based methods to help your mind and body process trauma in a way that feels safe and manageable. I also draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and creative tools such as music, books, play, and the arts. Together, we’ll find the approach that fits you best.

My background includes extensive work with survivors of abuse, individuals in the foster care system, children with special needs and their parents, and families navigating behavioral or emotional challenges. I am an affirming therapist who welcomes clients of all abilities, identities and orientations, including LGBTQIA+.

It would be my honor to walk alongside you as you heal, rediscover your strengths, and reconnect with the life you want to live.

I grew up connected with a large family, and enjoy spending time with friends, siblings, and cousins who are all wildly unique in their own way. When I’m not working, my favorite thing to do is to spend time with my three sons and our dogs. Some activities we enjoy regularly are playing games and spending time outdoors. My favorite things outside of family time include watching Schitt’s Creek re-runs, trying new foods, and seeing new places.

It is the quality of our relationships that will determine the quality of our lives.
