Jennice Woolever is currently practicing under the direct clinical supervision of Dr. Courtney Stivers, PhD, LMFT, to fulfill the requirements of a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling degree (LCPC track).
My name is Jennice Woolever. I am a wife, mom of four, a life-long learner, and a class facilitator and speaker in church ministries. I am a native Texan who enjoys spending time with family, participating in the arts, reading books, and directing plays for a homeschool co-op. I have loved living in the Peoria area for the last nine years, exploring its treasures and restaurants.
As a counselor, I seek to offer compassionate, collaborative care and to empower clients to navigate life challenges. I decided to become a professional counselor after raising my own family and growing in understanding through life experiences.
Education
I am a Mental Health Counselor-in-Training (CIT) pursuing a MAMH at Asbury Theological Seminary (projected completion date: May 2025).
I am currently a Mental Health Counselor Intern, working towards state licensure (LPC) under clinical supervision in Peoria.
