Join me to address concerns that you, your child, and/or your family may have been struggling with recently, for weeks, months, or years.  Depression, anxiety, professional or academic struggles, grief, and loss often cause isolation leading to setbacks with your academics, health, personal relationships, or career.

Please know that you are not alone in your journey.

Allow me the privilege and honor to serve you, your child, and/or family while you navigate the difficult emotions, conversations, and symptoms that continue to affect your family in a deeply personal and life altering way.  Allow me to walk alongside you in order to reach your expectations, whether they be personal, academic, or professional.

I have worked with teens and young adults for over 15 years as a counselor, clinician, career counselor, and English Teacher.  I am passionate about serving others, particularly those who are affected by chronic illnesses and grief/loss.  I have worked with teens, young adults, and adults in the academic and inpatient hospital settings.

In addition to counseling, I am a life long learner who continues to experience our world through travel and reading.

Do the best you can until you know better. Then, when you know better, do better.
