Hi there! My name is Greta Long, and I’m happy that you’re here. Taking the first step to invest in yourself and prioritize your well-being can be difficult, and you’ve already done that—I’m proud of you!

I work within a person-centered approach to therapy, which looks at clients through a lens of their whole personhood. I view this as a collaborative process, working within goals we set together in session. I aim to provide a non-anxious, nonjudgmental space for you to process and work through all that life throws your way. I have worked with individual adults from a variety of backgrounds and am open to working with children, couples, and families.

As an intern, I am committed to your wellness first and foremost, with my learning and growth following close behind. I am passionate about family systems work; adoption and the grief that accompanies the adoption process; and the intersection of mental healthcare and religion. I enjoy working with each of my clients as they achieve goals and develop autonomy. Together, we create safe and brave spaces of learning, vulnerability, and growth.

I welcome and support clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and faith backgrounds.
