Hi! My name is Britny Wallace and I am an individual dedicated to giving others a safe space to discuss thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be disrupting their everyday lives. I believe that everybody deserves to be heard and helped no matter their age, background (race, culture, ethnicity, financial situation, etc.), religion/spiritualization, or sexual orientation.

Life is hard, but it may help to talk with someone outside of your everyday circle. My goal is to make each person feel that they are being heard and understood to the best of my ability.

Coming from a diverse racial and cultural background has given me the insight that certain helping methods do not always work for everyone. Therefore, it is important to me that I work with you to gain an understanding of your mindset, beliefs, and ideologies in order to tailor sessions to be as beneficial as possible.
