Life is not neat and tidy...it can be chaotic. Circumstances change, problems arrive and leave, we pivot in and we pivot out. Sometimes the pivots are complex. This is where I can help. We come to therapy to untie knots. You’ll find me to be compassionate, supportive, collaborative, and directive. Therapy with me is goal-oriented and structured while being flexible. Above all, our work is dedicated to getting you feeling better from whatever life has thrown at you. I am experienced in providing therapy to clients from all walks of life in a variety of settings.

I use a blend of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy and EMDR. Our focus is making sure your needs are met in treatment. Shame dies in safe spaces. Consider me a partner in your growth.

Outside of my work life, I enjoy exploring various eateries, museums, and art exhibits all around the Midwest with the love of my life, Amanda. I am an avid reader of spy and science fiction, alongside military, medical, and political history. I am an author as well, and currently have a manuscript I am reviewing for a biblically informed self-improvement book.
